Fat Flush Water Recipe

Eagle Water loves making new recipes with purified drinking water. We came across this recipe and wanted to share it with everyone! This is a great one to try!!!!

Water is the vehicle used to remove waste from the body. The leftover waste from the fat breakdown are then filtered out of your organs by the water that you drink. The water carries the waste to your bladder where it is then expelled from your body through your urine! It is important to drink enough water each day to keep you hydrated and facilitate the breakdown and elimination of fat cells. Many sources claim that you should be consuming around 8 glasses of water per day, but this number can largely vary depending on your size, how often you are exercising, and even how hot it is outside. Often a lack of energy and even headaches throughout the day are symptoms of mild dehydration. It is a good idea to make a conscious effort to drink more water. A little extra is definitely better than not enough!

The Fat Flush Water Recipe and What it Does

2 Liters (64 oz.) Purified Water

1 Tangerine, sectioned

1/2 Grapefruit, sliced

1 Cucumber, sliced

4 Peppermint or Spearmint Leaves

Ice, (made from purified water)

Mix in a pitcher before bed and drink throughout the next day. Consider using organic produce for this. If it is unavailable to you, thoroughly wash the produce with purified water before adding it to the water to remove any chemicals that may be left on them.

  • The tangerine increases your sensitivity to insulin, stabilizes blood sugar, and because they are high in vitamin C, increases fat burned during exercise. • The grapefruit will increase metabolic energy, burn fat, and increase energy.
  • The cucumber helps you to feel more full and acts is a natural diuretic, which means less bloating and water retention.
  • The mint leaves aid in digestion.

This is considered a fat flush, meaning that you will still need to do the exercise that is required to break down the fat so that it can then be eliminated by the body. Eating right is also very important. It’s not about counting calories, but making sure to get enough calories for your body from healthy, lean, whole foods.

What is the difference between Water Softening and Reverse Osmosis?

Homeowners looking to improve the quality of their water are often confused as to the difference between and uses of water softeners and reverse osmosis systems.Knowing which is the right option for your home comes down to understanding what each of these water treatment systems do and how they can benefit you and your family. At World Water Industries our water quality technicians can help you sort out which is best for your home or business. Feel free to give us a call at 1-877-566-8595 to speak to one of our staff who can guide you correctly. Below you will also find some basic information but remember for a detailed analysis of your water we will need to visit your home to do a free water analysis.

Reverse Osmosis = Filtration

Reverse Osmosis water filtration systems are becoming popular among homeowners (especially those with wells) looking for better-tasting, healthier water.

A reverse osmosis system physically removes contaminants and dissolved minerals in your water by forcing them through a filter. Some of the benefits of installing a whole-home or point-of-use reverse osmosis system are:
• Tasteless water – If you find your water has a funny taste, a reverse osmosis system can help by removing the source of the taste.
• No chemicals – Reverse osmosis systems are more environmentally friendly than other water filtration systems because they don’t use any chemicals.
• Soft water – Reverse osmosis systems remove the minerals that cause hard water. So if you install a whole-house system, you can benefit from fewer corroded pipes.
• Removes odors and unusual colors – Some water contaminants and dissolved minerals can cause strange odors and colors in your water. Reverse osmosis systems remove these minerals and pollutants.

Recommended uses: If you have a home with a well that needs filtration, a whole-home reverse osmosis system may be a good idea. Also, if the water in your home tastes or smells funny, you can install a point-of-use system under your sink for cleaner, better-tasting drinking water.

Water Softeners = Conditioning

Where reverse osmosis systems rely on a filter to physically remove contaminants and dissolved minerals from the water, a water softener uses a process known as ionization to replace magnesium and calcium ions with sodium ions.

Hard water is water that contains high concentrations of dissolved minerals like magnesium and calcium. A water softener “softens” your water by replacing these minerals with less destructive minerals.

Benefits of soft water:
• Natural taste
• Brighter laundry
• Cleaner dishes
• Longer-lasting appliances
• Fewer clogs

Hard water can cause a number of problems in a home. Water softeners were designed to help mitigate those problems.

Recommended uses:
A water softener may be a good idea if you are continually having problems with plumbing corrosion because of hard water. Water softeners are not filtration systems and do not remove other contaminants.

Trying to Loose Weight? Increase your body’s ability to burn fat and drink more water.

Trying to lose weight? Drinking water can boost your body’s ability to burn fat. A study published in the Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism found that drinking water (about 17oz) increases metabolic rate by 30 percent in healthy men and women. The boost occurred within 10 minutes but reached a maximum 30-40 minutes after drinking.

Studies also suggest that drinking one or two glasses of water before a meal can fill you up so you naturally eat less, says Andrea N. Giancoli, MPH, RD spokesperson for The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Plus, even mild dehydration will slow down metabolism by as much as 3 percent.

German researchers found that drinking 6 cups of cold water a day (that’s 48 oz.) can raise resting metabolism by about 50 calories daily—enough to shed 5 pounds in a year. The increase may come from the work it takes to heat the water to body temperature. Though the extra calories you burn drinking a single glass don’t amount to much, making it a habit can add up to pounds lost with essentially zero additional effort .

Drink more water and you will lose more weight. How do I do that you ask? Make the water taste better by adding a water filter. That way you will choose to drink water before a sugary drink and you will loose more weight fast.
